Measures taken

Keyboard operability for all navigation, form fields and buttons.
Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for icon-only controls.
Colour combinations chosen for sufficient contrast against their backgrounds.
Responsive layout that supports zoom and small screens without loss of content.
